Today people are subjected to  any form of stress beyond their control.
People do everything to   overcome this situation.
Yoga is an effective way to win the battle against these problems.
Life in all its forms is a set of information and energy, yoga is the knowledge of yourself;  and you are pure information pure energy.
Yoga is you, yoga is the path that begins and ends  in you.
They say:
" if you have a problem you have information for 50% of the solution",
and yoga is the pure knowledge of your body, your mind and your soul.
Let's see the points of information and knowledge:

1) meditation
The most important thing is that : "we become what we think".
So we must exercise a positive attitude towards life ,with positive thinking and creative.

2) Diet
"We are what we eat,"
The food is a source of energy, food must be pure, pure energy for a healthy mind in a healthy body.

3) Breathing
The breath is life, we can live weeks without food, days without water, but deprive us of breathing, death will arrive  in 4 / 7 minutes.
Yoga give   full importance  to breathing,  breathing provide more oxygen to the blood  and vitality (pranayama).

4) Relaxation
Relaxation is the key to good health.
Peace of mind is the mind-body contact, relaxation is a tonic for the whole being. With the relaxation release all your energy.

5) yoga
The asanas are exercises that act on the body, on nervous system and endocrine system, stretching and toning muscles and ligaments, keeping the spine and joints flexible, improving circulation.
Body work is deeper, intense, done with mind control.



Yoga is part of my personal development and evolution, is my life.
